Sage Boutique Job Description

We are seeking one or two experienced Retail Sales Associates to join our team at Sage Boutique. If your background aligns with the job description, email your resume to customer@sagebtq.com.

Available Shifts

Thursday 2 PM - 6 PM
Friday 10 AM - 2 PM and 2 PM - 6 PM
Saturday 10 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Help clients find the right style and fit.
• Introduce clients to new lines and products.
• Maintain the cleanliness, neatness, and organization of the store at all times.
• Steam, tag, and merchandise new clothing shipments.
• Answer phone calls with professionalism and assist callers with inquiries.
  
• Help capture photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and other social content
• Assist with creating engaging content for Instagram and other social platforms
• Highlight new arrivals, styling ideas, events, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments
  

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a women's boutique (equivalent experience in a related design field will be considered for outstanding applicants).
• Previous experience merchandising.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Experience creating social media content is strongly preferred.
